Maxine Borg is the owner of Maxinemade Designs, specialising in Interior Architecture of commercial and residential properties. She graduated with an honors degree in Architecture & Civil Engineering but soon found out that her passion was in designing the interiors of properties. After spending 3 years working within an architectural firm, she went on to design and project manage along another architect a 27-room boutique hotel in Valletta. The many trials and tribulations of this project set her off and began her path to establish Maxinemade, with experience in project management as well as Planning Authority regulations and architectural background, Maxine creates spaces for her clients’ needs that are both practical as well as beautiful. Although Maxine’s personal style is particular, having a liking for retro design, mid-century modern & iconic furniture pieces, she focuses on what the client gravitates toward with specialised concept designs for every project.
Maxine’s designs are never the same and are affected by both client and property guiding the direction of design.
