In 2018, Rachel Falzon graduated with a BA (Hons) in Spatial Design. That same year Rachel had the opportunity to intern at Helen Reed Designs in Chiswick, London. This allowed her to experience the day-to-day operations of a designer while expanding her knowledge of furnishings, textiles and the craftsmanship behind it.
The past four years Rachel has worked with multiple clients and architectural firms in Malta, on projects spanning from residential to corporate spaces, gaining a comprehensive knowledge of reading and drawing plans, the basic structural elements of a building and technical Planning Authority Regulations, as well as a true understanding of the balance between beauty and functionality of the space.
Rachel’s next career step is to focus solely on designing spaces for clients. Her aim is, through design, to tell a story about the people who inhabit the spaces designed.
